Our BetStorm platform is licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority under licence MGA/B2C/231/2012 (issued 16 April 2013) and by the UK Gambling Commission under account number 39335. We are committed to operating a fair, transparent, and responsible gambling environment for all our players.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

At BetStorm, we accept players who meet the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use our services.
  • You must be a resident of a country where online gambling is legally permitted.
  • You must not reside in any of our Restricted Territories, including but not limited to: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the United States, and others listed at our discretion.
  • You must register only one account across our network of brands.
  • You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration.

We reserve the right to refuse registration or suspend any account if we determine that eligibility criteria have not been met. Our BetStorm team monitors accounts continuously to ensure compliance with these requirements.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

We are required by law and our licensing obligations to verify the identity of our players. At BetStorm, KYC verification is triggered when your total transaction volume across our network reaches €2,000. We may request the following documentation:

  • Proof of identity (passport, national ID card, or driving licence)
  • Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, dated within 3 months)
  • Proof of payment method used for deposits or withdrawals

Your account may be restricted or suspended until verification is successfully completed. We are committed to processing KYC requests promptly and securely. Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in permanent account closure and the withholding of funds in accordance with applicable regulations.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Our BetStorm platform supports a wide range of deposit methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal (UK and Ireland only), Apple Pay, Trustly, Skrill, NETeller, MuchBetter, Payz, paysafecard, Neosurf, and cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDC). The minimum deposit amount is €10 (or equivalent in your currency, including £10, $10, CAD10, NZD10, JPY1,000, and INR1,000).

Please note that credit cards are not accepted for UK players. We process all deposits securely and in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

4.2 Withdrawals

We apply a minimum withdrawal amount of €20 for non-UK players and £5 for UK players. Weekly withdrawal limits are set at €3,000, with a monthly cap of €6,000. Progressive jackpot winnings are paid in full, regardless of standard limits.

Our BetStorm withdrawal process requires at least one successful deposit before any withdrawal can be processed. We operate a closed-loop policy — funds are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Cryptocurrency winnings are paid back to the same coin and wallet address used during deposit.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

  • Pending period: up to 3 business days (withdrawals may be cancelled during this time)
  • UK accounts: reviewed within approximately 1 business day
  • Non-UK accounts: reviewed within 3 business days
  • NETeller / Instant Bank Payment: approximately 1 additional business day
  • Trustly / Payz: approximately 3 additional business days
  • Cards / PayPal: 3–7 additional business days

Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to the following fees: BTC 0.00005, ETH 0.001, USDC €1, plus a 0.75% processing fee and 0.55% conversion fee. All winnings are credited to your account within 72 hours of the event result being confirmed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

We offer a range of promotional offers at BetStorm, including our Welcome Bonus of 100% up to €200 plus 50 Free Spins on Moon Princess (Play'n GO). The minimum qualifying deposit is €10. Bonus funds carry a 10x wagering requirement within 30 days; Free Spin winnings carry a 10x wagering requirement within 7 days. Maximum conversion from Free Spin winnings is €20, and from the bonus is 2x the bonus amount.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

  • Deposits made via Skrill or NETeller do not qualify for any bonus offer.
  • Bonuses are limited to 5 brands within our network — players who have claimed bonuses on other ProgressPlay-operated sites may be ineligible.
  • We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Bonus codes such as BONUS300, BONUS80, QUEST, STAR, WKND500, and GOAL10 are subject to individual terms specified at the time of the promotion.
  • Sports promotions, including Bet €10 Get €40 and free bet offers, are governed by their own specific terms available on the promotions page.
